Michael Neil has been appointed m.d. of the Bertram Group, while Graham Rand has been promoted to commercial director. Neil had been acting m.d. of the company since Terry Reilly left the business in July. He will report to Lloyd Wigglesworth, chairman of the Bertram Group and managing director of parent company Entertainment UK.
