Osprey is continuing its acquisitions-led growth strategy, with the purchase of British Wildlife Publishing from its founders Andrew and Anne Branson.

Osprey Group has secured a deal with ePubDirect for e-book distribution outside the US.
The publisher will move all of its e-book distribution for each of its imprints to ePubDirect, beginning this month.
