Gollancz has acquired rights to publish three tie-in novels to the classic '80s computer game Elite, having pledged £13,000 to the Kickstarter fund to help make Elite: Dangerous, a sequel to the space-trading game.

Gollancz has acquired a debut fantasy adventure trilogy, the Crescent Moon Kingdom, by Saladin Ahmed.
