Authors Will Hill and Elen Caldecott are to join the judging panel for the Guardian Hot Key Books Young Writers Prize.

Hill (pictured) is the author of the YA Department 19 series published by HarperCollins, while Caldecott is a Bloomsbury Children's Books authors whose titles include How Kirsty Jenkins Stole the Elephant....
