Founder of English Agency Japan dies

William Miller, founding managing director of the English Agency (Japan), has died of blood poisoning.

He was cremated in a private ceremony on 7th November and a memorial was held in Tokyo yesterday [Thursday]. A second memorial has been planned for the week before London Book Fair next year.
