App developer StoryToys has signed a three-year deal to develop a series of apps based on Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar, as part of the brand’s 45th anniversary promotions.
The Joester Loria Group, global licensing agent for The World of Eric Carle estate, brokered the deal.

An app has been produced for author-illustrator Shaun Tan’s latest title, Rules of Summer (Hodder Children's Books), by Australian digital agency Wheelbarrow.
