The Royal Society, the UK’s premier scientific body, has published peer-reviewed scientific journals since 1665. The Society has a dynamic and growing journals publishing operation.

Based within the Society’s publishing section, you will develop the Society’s database of customers (authors,readers, subscribers, registrants etc) to enable the Society to maximise the value of these contacts and information associated with them through accurate selection, analysis and reporting. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager, you will provide marketing analysis and tailored mailing lists for all campaigns.

You will be responsible for scheduling and executing direct marketing campaigns in support of institutional sales growth. Responsibilities will also include the updating and management of marketing content on the Society’s publishing section web-site and for developing and utilising web-based marketing tools.
