Are you looking for a first step into magazine publishing? Our client, a multi-award-winning publishing and exhibition company based on the outskirts of London/edge of Essex is looking to recruit a Production Administration Assistant to work across their portolio of magazines.

This role involves taking responsibility for your own titles and working on them from start to finish. Specific responsibilities will include chasing clients for artwork, sending out production briefs, proofing copy and liaising with the design studio, co-ordinating flat-plans to deadline, and post-production administration.

To be considered for this role you must have a good eye for detail, excellent communication and organisation skills, knowledge of design packages such as Quark or InDesign and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Previous experience in magazine production would be an advantage.
