Are you a creative designer with a passion for children\'s publishing? A leading children\'s publisher based in London is looking for a talented and highly experienced Senior Designer to join their children\'s fiction and picture books team.

Working closely with the Art Director, you will be involved in developing and designing a range of exciting children\'s titles to a high standard. You will be managing 2 junior designers as well as freelancers where necessary and you will need a sound knowledge of competitors\' activities and the consumer and retail markets.

To be considered for this position you must have proven, relevant design experience within children\'s publishing, strong experience of commissioning illustrators and a real enthusiasm for establishing innovative new book projects.

If you are highly creative, with excellent attention to detail and fantastic Mac skills in Quark/InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, then this is a great opportunity for you!
