Our Publicity Director for the commercial division is going on maternity leave in July and, as part of our reorganisation, we are looking for a senior publicist with exceptional skills at publicising high-profile fiction and non-fiction authors for sixmonths to a year.

You will be awell-organised personwho has handled awide range of campaigns that have enhanced book sales.Good contacts and a strong knowledge of themedia – particularly those favouring popular fiction and non-fiction titles – are essential, aswell as the ability to communicate effectively with authors and agents. Flexibility, conscientiousness and enthusiasmfor all aspects of publicitywork are amust.

You will be working on the Sphere list, which covers crime fiction, commercial women’s fiction, celebrity autobiography, sport and humour. Salary and benefits are dependent on experience.
