Don\'t miss this fantastic opportunity to work for a leading international gift book publisher! My client is looking to recruit a hardworking, diligent, organised, efficient and friendly Foreign Rights Administrator to support the Foreign Rights Director and Foreign Rights team.

As Foreign Rights Administrator you will be responsible for a range of duties including: attending the weekly production meeting to progress chase titles; confirming shipping requirements and updating them as necessary; obtaining print order confirmations; managing point of sale orders; sending materials to clients; organising Executives\' meetings and travel for sales trips, shows and client meetings; raising contracts and invoices; providing translations; researching new sales opportunities; and occasionally, helping with marketing.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, with a demonstrable interest in the rights area of publishing. Foreign language skills would be advantageous, particularly Spanish, French, Chinese or Japanese. You must have a very accurate eye for detail with a \'can-do\' attitude and excellent communication, organisational, administrative and IT skills. There will also be the chance to undertake some overseas travel to accompany the Director on trips, so a love of travelling is essential too!

The job is based in Watford, Hertfordshire and a 30 min train journey from London Euston to Bushey station.
