Location:  London or Oxfordshire

An exciting opportunity for an experienced, senior editor to lead our clients flagship magazine publication; an industry magazine focussing on the advertising and marketing trade. You will also have editorial responsibilities for their online product in terms of marketing planning and strategy issues.

The primary focus will be on the magazine and you will be responsible for refreshing and developing the magazine to secure its position as an international market leader. You will have a strong involvement in the development of all aspects of the magazine and ensuring synergy with its reader portfolio. You will also be required to commission content and work closely with the rest of the senior members of the editorial team for the online site to maximise their global coverage.

To be eligible, you will need a background in business journalism, ideally within features and analysis. A good understanding of advertising, marketing and media industries is essential. You will need experience in online and print publishing and demonstrable commissioning experience too.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone to take over a range of responsibilities including article generation, editing, product development and management.
