ONLINE SYSTEMS TRAINER - 10 Month Contract
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL PUBLISHER

Location:  Greater London or Berlin, Home Based

A leading academic and professional publisher is looking for an Online Systems Trainer to ensure the smooth migration of customers to an online platform, developing training materials to provide customers with an excellent service and minimal disruption.

The role will involve developing presentations using a range of programmes in order to train customers and members of staff in using the new system. This will require conducting public and private web seminars in order to train users. There will also be an element of on-site training sessions for customers. The role will require travel within EMEA depending on needs and requests of customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in either internal or external customer facing training and the role would suit someone with excellent presentation skills and the ability to teach. You must also possess a good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and ideally have knowledge of Webex and/or Brainshark or similar software tools.
