A leading educational publisher based in Central London is looking to appoint a Children’s Marketing Executive to join their team. Key responsibilities include: liaising with designers to produce effective marketing materials; buy print and advertising; write creative and engaging marketing copy; oversee production of catalogues; use direct mail databases and organise mailings. The successful candidate will have proven experience within a marketing role within book publishing and will have an awareness of the educational book market, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong IT skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience of direct mail marketing to schools or academic institutions would be an advantage.
