A premium online information resource for tens of thousands of institutions worldwide, representing millions of end-users, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Biomedical Market. The Corporate Market represents a new and expanding part of this clients’ Publishing business in the UK and Ireland.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing growth in the corporate sector covering England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire. The role requires frequent travel for both customer and prospect meetings, conference attendance and international travel for company sales and training meetings.

This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to negotiate at all levels of corporate organisations in order to develop this sector further. The ideal candidate needs to be target driven, professional and have experience selling to board level. You will also be required to identify new sales opportunities and drive the sale through the complete sales cycle. Experience in using ACT/netCRM or a similar customer relationship management system will be a plus.

Note: Must have full & clean driving licence and be willing to travel, visiting customers’ headquarters. Travel will also include regional and national conferences and sales meetings
