Over client is the UK business and professional management publishing arm of one of the world\'s most prestigious publishers.

The division is looking to hire an experienced Publisher to drive forward the development of a specialist professional and management list, focusing on specific professional disciplines and verticals and looking to form publishing partnerships e.g. with professional bodies to publish their material.

You will be an experienced publisher with a strong track-record in list development and acquisition; ideally this will have been gained in book publishing, but candidates with experience in society journal acquisitions will also be considered. You will also be an experienced people manager; you will head up a 5-strong team including 3 acquisitions editors. You will work closely alongside marketing and sales, with shared revenue targets and a highly commercial focus to the role.
