Our client is a leading global publisher of educational books and products. They are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to come on board and cover maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, this person is responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a strong, creative marketing team of 4
• Researching, organising focus groups, analysing results and identifying target schools
• Creating targeted campaigns and implementing across print and digital media
• Sourcing, briefing designers and printers and negotiating prices
• Looking after marketing budgets and maintaining excellent commercial awareness

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a marketing role, team leadership ability and ideally experience in the schools and education sectors. An interest in children\'s educational development and how students learn is essential.
