Looking for a new Production Editorial challenge? This global educational publisher is looking for a Production Editor to be responsible for all pre-press activities on a range of exciting ELT and international titles. This will be a 6 month maternity cover contract.

Working primarily on African and Caribbean projects, any experience with these markets would be an advantage, though not essential. You will make sure all projects are produced on schedule, within budget and to required standard. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selecting, briefing and managing outside suppliers and will be familiar with book production processes, from receipt of manuscript through to final disk for printing. You must be able to demonstrate project-management experience and be prepared to take initiative in resolving problems. You will join a friendly but extremely busy team and should be able to keep several projects on the boil at any one time!

The role is based in the company\'s modern offices which are commutable from Liverpool Street.
