An opportunity has arisen within a mid-sized but fast-growing trade publishing house for a financial director with the following responsibilities: financial planning and budgeting; management accounts reporting – including proactive interaction with colleagues in all departments; treasury management; banking and investor negotiations/presentations; all audit and tax activities; vendor negotiations on major services; oversight of property, pensions and IT matters.

An ICAEW qualification is assumed and we’re looking for administrative and technical competence of course; but the successful candidate will show full engagement with our publishing programme and mission; we’re enthusiastic about what we do and we have  rapidly established significant recognition for the range and quality of our activity.
