An exciting and challenging new opportunity to work for a globally renowned academic and professional publisher has just come in! Our client is based in Oxford and they are looking to fill the new position of Associate Director, Journal Digital Licensing.

The successful candidate will work with the Journal Digital Licensing team and other colleagues to develop revenue streams and enhanced reach for content via licensing agreements with 3rd party aggregators and other partners. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in the STM journals and library market, experience of negotiating with rights as well as first class team management skills. With the ability to think strategically you will have a demonstrable record of success and the ability to influence and motivate staff to exceed the goals of the department.
