We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Controller within the children’s division of a growing trade publishing business.

You will be responsible for overseeing the production of a wide range of licensed picture book and novelty products from conception to delivery - including collaboration with Editorial and design departments, costing, creative formatting, safety testing, scheduling, print placement and quality control. The role requires someone with sound commercial instincts who can develop effective relationships with colour print suppliers in Europe and the Far East.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with relevant book, book plus and novelty experience. They should possess good negotiation skills, sound technical knowledge, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with a team and independently as and when required.
